Ready Stock items are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order orders close every Monday and are estimated to arrive within 2–3 weeks after the order deadline.

If your tracking number is delayed beyond the 4th week, we will provide compensation as a gesture of apology.

For hygiene reasons, opened contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item.
